  1. All Australian orders are shipped from our warehouses located in NSW, either from our own warehouse on the Mid North Coast or our Amazon-partnered warehouse.
  2. We offer free Standard Delivery on all Australian orders. 
  3. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  4. Priority/Express Post is available for faster delivery.
  5. We do not drop ship; all inventory for Australian orders is located in Australia.
  6. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.

US Orders

  1. US orders with local inventory are currently available only for the Black Ella Lunch Bag.
  2. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  3. Items are shipped with local shipping partners such as FedEx, UPS, or Amazon Logistics.
  4. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

Additional Information

  1. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges due to incorrect shipping information.
  2. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
  3. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
